Kacie Devaney…
Kacie Devaney is a master Pilates instructor, movement specialist, and multidisciplinary artist with a lifelong background in dance and performance. She has extensive experience working with pre- and post-natal clients, post-rehabilitation populations, and individuals seeking to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
Her approach blends Pilates, breath-work, and nervous system regulation to help clients move with greater ease, reduce stress, and build lasting resilience. Drawing from her training in Pilates, Redcord, dance, and mindful movement practices, Kacie emphasizes core strength, posture, longevity, and creating sustainable strategies for long-term health and wellness.
In addition to her one-on-one work, Kacie presents workshops and keynote talks on topics including movement, stress reduction, nervous system health, and healthy aging, inspiring individuals to cultivate greater vitality and well-being throughout all stages of life.
Leah King….
Leah is a certified Pilates instructor with a specialization in pre- and postnatal fitness. She takes a holistic approach to movement, with an emphasis on breath, core connection, and working with the body as a whole. She is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum with safe, mindful movement that builds strength, improves mobility, and helps them feel connected to their bodies. Whether working with prenatal, postpartum, or general patients, her sessions focus on intentional movement, proper alignment, and functional strength to help people move and feel better in everyday life.
